With a focus on innovation, excellent working conditions, and staff development, they are expanding their team and looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join their high-performing bodyshop in Leeds.Job Description:As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality paint finishes and minor body repairs on a variety of vehicles. This role offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art workshop equipped with modern tools and spray booths, where you'll be able to apply your craft and grow within a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Carry out paint spraying across a wide variety of vehiclesPerform minor bodywork repairs when requiredPrep vehicle panels and parts prior to paintingMix and apply paint to manufacturer and customer specificationsClean, maintain, and manage painting tools and equipmentKeep accurate records of paint usage and stockRequirements:Relevant qualification in Body and Paint Maintenance (City & Guilds, IMI, BTEC, or similar)Experience in paint sprayingautomotive preferred but not essentialAttention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishesFull UK Driving Licence (essential)Why This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity to take your paint skills to the next level with a business that invests in its people.
