With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and quality excellence, this role offers the chance to shape and influence the HSEQ culture at both strategic and operational levels.As the HSEQ Manager, youll lead a dedicated team and take ownership of all HSEQ systems and initiatives across multiple projects / sites. Youll be a key figure within the senior leadership team, helping drive improvements and performance across compliance, safety culture, training, and sustainable practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver the organisations HSEQ strategy in alignment with business goalsOversee the development and implementation of HSEQ management systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001Manage and mentor HSEQ team, ensuring high performance and continuous developmentSupport audit and accreditation processes, and ensure legal and client compliance across operationsPromote a positive, behaviour-based safety culture through site engagement, training and leadershipMonitor and report on HSEQ KPIs, using data to inform continuous improvementWhat were looking for:NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent with TechIOSH or Chartered IOSH statusStrong working knowledge ISO standards (450001, 14001 & 9001)Experience managing HSEQ across multiple sites in a construction or subcontractor environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder influencing skillsProactive, strategic thinker with the ability to implement practical improvements
