Demand PlannerIs this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Salary: 35,000 40,000Location: Hybrid (23 days in the office)Job Type: Full-timeWere working with a successful commercial operations team to find a Demand Planner. This is an important role where youll help forecast future demand and make sure supply keeps up. Youll work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operationsmaking this a varied and rewarding position.What youll do:Take ownership of the demand planning process as part of the wider business planning cycle.Create and update monthly forecasts for all products and customers, using input from sales, marketing, and finance.Review and approve sales team forecasts, especially for promotions and expected increases in demand.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest ways to improve forecast accuracy and customer service.Work closely with the supply and operations teams to agree on a shared plan.Keep product and customer data up to date in SAP to support accurate forecasting.Build strong relationships with different teams to ensure plans are aligned and realistic.What were looking for:Experience in a similar role, ideally in an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) company.Good understanding of business planning cycles.Experience using demand planning toolsSAP and Excel would be ideal.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data from different sales channels.Great communication skills and comfortable working with people at all levels.Able to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.Always looking for better ways of working and open to new ideas.Whats on offer:Hybrid working (23 days from home)5% pension contribution23 days holiday, plus your birthday off and bank holidaysFlexible working hoursStudy support and chances to grow professionallyInterested?Send us your CV and a short cover letter explaining your experience and why this role appeals to you, and we'll be in touch to discuss further.
