The role will suit a self-starter who is resourceful and meticulous in their approach to work. You must have an intermediate understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro; delivering different video formats, offline editing, multicam editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and an aptitude for organisation. Attention to detail is imperative and you will pride yourself on the quality of work and meeting deadlines.Camera OperatingAssisting on shoots with kit, camera assisting and data management.Kit Management in our warehouseVideo Editing using Premiere Pro. Ensuring all projects are organised and in a good position to pass over to other editors if required.Sound mixing and colour grading.Assisting other editors with edits. Sourcing stock, music options and SFX. Syncing footage and setting up projects.Working with the production team to organise workflows.Sourcing props, kit and location for shoots.Researching new techniques, skills and updates in the production world.Using knowledge of team members and educational tools such as YouTube to learn new skills.Pre-production work including, recces, schedules, shot lists and storyboards. Working with other members of the production team to bring these together.Creating temp graphics for animators to guide them or creating basic graphics using After Effects.Providing feedback on other team members' work.Hard Drive & Google Drive data ManagementMaintaining Frame.io and Vimeo.Skills and ExperienceCompetent knowledge in filming with large sensor cameras including Sony FS7, FX6 & Sony FX3Ability to operate a range of Cameras and film equipmentAble to rig and de-rig camera equipment and basic lightingStrong organisational skills and ability to comply with production systems and guidelinesPersonable and full of ideasFamiliar with the pre-production process for filmingBe a proficient user of Adobe Premiere ProFamiliar with Adobe After EffectsBasic knowledge of Adobe PhotoshopStrong technical knowledge (formats, codecs etc)Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave a strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitudeThe OfferSalary: 27,000 - 33,000 depending on experienceFull-time Monday-Friday; 9AM-17:30PMFlexible working practices, including hybrid28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays (extended Christmas break and birthday off in addition)Company perk package including monthly wellness allowance, Friday lunch allowance, home office allowance, and a free daily coffee from the office cafeRegular professional development opportunities, including bi-annual reviewsMonthly team socials; merch: London Filmed T-shirts, Q-zips, and water bottles
