The role As a SEN teaching assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder, you’ll work closely with Key Stage 1 and 2 students, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. You will be instrumental in implementing individual education plans (IEPs), promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring each child has access to a safe and stimulating learning environment.
