About the Role As an Art Teacher, your duties will include: • Teaching Art across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-Level. • Planning and delivering creative and challenging lessons that develop students’ artistic skills and confidence. • Supporting and guiding students with coursework and portfolios. • Organising and contributing to exhibitions, art shows, and enrichment clubs. • Working with colleagues to develop an exciting and inclusive Art curriculum. • Maintaining a positive and inspiring classroom environment. Experience and Qualifications • A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a closely related discipline. • QTS or PGCE in Secondary Education. • Strong knowledge of art techniques, art history, and visual literacy. • A commitment to fostering a love of the arts in all students.
