Learning & Development Assistant Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Leading international law firm are on the lookout for part-time HR professionals who are keen to support their highly successful Learning & Development (L&D) function in London.Competitive salaryPart-time (job share) 3 days a week (Wednesday-Friday)50% hybrid working patternExcellent employee benefits to include 25 days annual leave (FTE) and long service accrual, corporate gym membership rates & other lifestyle and family friendly benefits!The Learning & Development Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional L&D administration across all offices and support Business School programmes and legal training requirements.Learning & Development Assistant Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Senior Manager to manage programme demand lists and programme schedulingCoordinate the Business School courses and programmes, identifying ways in which to improve L&D processes to help the team run more effectively and efficientlyBook rooms, arrange catering, equipment, room setup, including Teams access where requiredManage Intranet admin and regularly monitor the L&D inboxProcess all payment requests via the invoicing systemLiaise with speakers, book rooms, invite and remind attendees, organise attendance registers and hand-outs, process evaluations for the annual Partner, New Trainee and Apprentice, and NQ InductionsLearning & Development Assistant Skills & Requirements:Previous law firm or professional services L&D experience would be advantageousA keen interest in all aspects of learning and developmentA solid understanding of the need for exceptional administrationExperience in organising face to face training / courses and large eventsCompetency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential
