As part of our expansion plans, we are actively recruiting talented individuals who want to progress and develop their careers in a fast-paced tech company.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will lead the onboarding of high-value, complex client projects, ensuring that each implementation aligns closely with business workflows, compliance goals, and platform capabilities. You will act as the trusted face of eflow during onboarding advising clients, managing complexity, and anticipating challenges before they arise.This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of client onboarding or implementation experience in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech, who is confident in managing multifaceted stakeholder relationships, sophisticated data or compliance workflows, and nuanced client expectations.While technical execution is supported by our proprietary technology and specialist teams, your contribution lies in owning client relationships, guiding the delivery strategy, and managing onboarding timelines to ensure projects stay on track. You will play a critical role in coordinating key milestones, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring smooth, confident transitions from onboarding to production use.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client OnboardingLead complex client onboarding projects, often involving multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions, or bespoke workflow requirementsScope onboarding projects to align platform functionality with regulatory, operational, and data-related client needsCommunicate onboarding strategy and progress to senior client stakeholders with clarityGuide clients in adopting best practices that maximise long-term platform value and usabilityClient Relationship & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout onboardingDrive engagement by managing expectations, building strong stakeholder confidence, and fostering clear communicationNavigate sensitive conversations regarding scope, timelines, or resource constraints with professionalism and authorityTraining & User ReadinessDeliver advanced product training and UAT walk-throughs to ensure key users are prepared for go-liveHelp clients interpret complex product outputs and workflows to build comfort and familiarity with the systemShare industry insights and relevant use cases to support confident product adoptionCross-Functional DeliveryCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Technical Specialists, Support) to ensure successful onboarding executionAnticipate risks and escalate delivery challenges early, contributing to a frictionless experience for clientsEnsure all onboarding documentation is accurately maintained, approved, and delivered on scheduleTeam Enablement & Process ContributionProvide informal mentoring and knowledge-sharing to support the growth of junior team membersContribute to the ongoing refinement of onboarding processes, tools, and documentation to improve delivery quality and scalabilityQualifications and Skills5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or delivery roles in a SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or enterprise software environmentDemonstrated success in delivering complex or high-touch client onboarding projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersCommercial and regulatory awareness to tailor onboarding delivery to client's business goalsExcellent judgment, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure settingsConfidence in navigating scope clarification, risk mitigation, and solution alignment across multiple teamsFamiliarity with investment management, trading compliance, or data workflows is highly advantageous
