With new project wins and more in the pipeline, they seek a re-clad Quantity Surveyor to join the team.Reporting to the Commercial Director role will be to assist the project team with commercial functions on a number of current prestigious projects. Duties will include:assisting in all aspects of the financial control of the projectvaluationsmeasurementscost reportsattending meetingsensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertakenco-ordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various partiesensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required timesRequired Attributes and ExperienceThe ideal Quantity Surveyors will have a minimum of 5 years practical gained within a suitable specialist sub-contractor and preferably with experience of curtain walling, cladding, glazing and roofing. Ideally you will have worked on re-clad projects already, but Quantity Surveyors who have worked with main contractors or other specialist sub-contractors will be considered if they are an adapt and capable Quantity Surveyor keen to gain experience in cladding and facade systems or working with a specialist sub-contractor on large build projects.You will have a focused attitude, and excellent communication skills and must be able to work as part of a team and possess a high level of motivation. Ideally you will also have a degree or equivalent qualification.The salary will be dependant on level of exposure to industry and can go beyond the stated level above for first class individuals.
