The role is based in Stockport but allows for some remote work. The Complaints Advisor will be responsible for liaising with our motor retailer and lender partners to resolve customer complaints about vehicle quality in line with current regulatory and legal frameworks.You will need:Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in complaint handling and resolutionAbility to work well in a team and independentlyAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationExperience in an FCA Regulated environment and /or Motor Retail experienceWe offer:A competitive salary between 26k and 35k depending on experienceGreat benefits including enhanced holiday, family private medical insurance and the chance to host guests in our box at the Co-op ArenaOpportunity to work some of your time from home when you have completed training
