This is a full-time role, on site 5 days per week.The Facilities Manager acts as a first point of contact for SThree's employees, contractors and visitors, being visible in case of any queries and issues. We are the number one destination for talent in the best STEM markets.Key responsibilities:Facilities Management:Conduct regular documented facilities inspectionsProvide substantial support to regional manager for complex FM issuesManage FM contractors on siteEnsure PPM and reactive works are carried out on scheduleWork with cleaning supervisor to ensure office cleaning is kept to the highest standardsKeep fixed asset register for the siteCommunicate notices/changes and influencing best practiceMaintain stock, order refreshments and general office consumables in an efficient and cost-effective way.Advanced Administrative Support:Create and manage the purchase ordersSupporting the regional manager with contract renewals and tendersProvide regular FM status updates to the regional managerVisitor Management:Oversee the reception area and ensure excellent service to employees and visitorsAssist visitors and contractors with signing in and outHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesEnsure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and presentableEvent and Meeting Preparations:Assist the organisers for in-house events, assist with meeting room setups and report any issuesPhysical Security:Administer visitor management systemsAdminister staff lockers and take ownership of key management and security within the officeHealth & Safety:Manage fire wardens and first aidersMaintain health and safety complianceComplete office workplace risk assessmentsReview RAMS and issue permits to work where necessaryESG and Compliance:Report on the ESOS data compliance, influencing best practice.
