Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and it is the way that we do business, and the technology we deploy to support customers which keeps them coming back to usThe Relationship Support Manager (RSM) is a pivotal role, working alongside the Relationship Directors, to support, build and maintain relationships with our customer base. The RSM will provide a telephone-based service to warm leads, from our partnerships, from initial contact with the prospect through to deal payout. You will deliver pre and post deal sales support to the RD team and maximise conversion of leads and adherence to the service level agreements. Office based, you will have continual contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be paramount.Required skills/experienceOperational administration experience, ideally from a financial services or sales backgroundAbility to learn and navigate systems including CRM systemsExperience within an Asset Finance role is desirableProven business development skillsAbility to continually assess operational risks, taking account changing economic or market conditions and risk and regulatory requirementsSelf-motivated and passionate about achieving targetsAccurate reporting skillsExcellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks.Negotiation skillsA positive attitudeAbility to find solutionsA team player, with the ability to balance team and personal goalsAdhere to and implement best practiceGood organisation skillsAdhere to tight deadlines with the ability to proactively manage own workload
