Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing logistics company, is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to join their team based in Reading. This position will support the Internal Key Account Manager by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.ResponsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely responseWorking with the Internal Key Account Manager to address customer needs and escalate complex issuesMaintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM systemAccurately process sales orders in line with company policiesAssist in managing service desk tickets, ensuring accurate logging and resolution of customer issuesCollect and relay customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvementRequirementsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalIT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Previous experience in a Client Services or administrative role is advantageousAbility to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentA problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery of timely solutionsThis is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday.
