They work with and represent a diverse client base ranging from major national firms to smaller, locally based businesses.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join this Commercial Property Team. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of commercial property transactions and advisory work, supporting our varied client base.Key responsibilities will include:Handling acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold interestsDrafting and negotiating leases and renewalsAdvising on licenses, options, borrowing, and secured lendingSupporting corporate transactions and small business property mattersLease agreements (pre-letting, new build, and existing properties)Lease renewals and terminationsProperty management, including dilapidations, rent reviews, assignments, subletting, and alterationsRequirementsIdeally 25 years PQE (or equivalent)Ability to handle a mixed Commercial Property caseload with minimal supportWell driven and ambitious individualReadiness to engage in business development to help grow the teamBenefitsSalary of 50,000-70,000 depending on experiencePrivate healthcareDeath in serviceHybrid working (2 days remote) If this role is something of interest, please apply via the link or get in contact directly with myself at dmiller@venngroup.com or 07703 832 820
