Our client is looking for an HR Assistant to join their thriving team, acting as the first point of contact for all HR administration queries and playing a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience.As HR Assistant youll support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR projects across our UK locations, working closely with the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner. This is a varied role with opportunities to get involved in everything from regulatory compliance (including SMCR) to process improvement and L&D coordination.What youll do:Manage onboarding for all new joiners across multiple sitesSupport recruitment processes and coordinate interviewsAdminister monthly HR payroll submissionsMaintain accurate HRIS records (Sage) and drive system improvementsCoordinate training sessions and inductionsEnsure compliance with GDPR and FCA/SMCR requirementsWhat youll bring:Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of HR systems (Sage desirable) and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of UK employment law and HR best practicesIf youre passionate about delivering an exceptional HR service and developing your career in a fast-paced, regulated environment, wed love to hear from you.This role is onsite for 6 months and will then be hybrid.
