Interim Recruiter (contract until March 2026)A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.French speakers onlyCirca 180- 220/dayCity of London based office location- 2 days/ week in the officeStart ASAPSignet are partnering a Global consulting firm, based in London to find an Recruiter on an INterim basis until March 2026, (and must be French speaking) to help support their Early Careers Team with support for their location in France, and also the UK office, and this will be until March 2026! This is a fast paced, and busy business with lots of programmes and hiring to keep you busy in this role.The Interim Recruiter is responsible for the coordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting and working with the teams on logistics for various recruitment events. This position will work with senior leaders in the Early Careers team, to support both Internship, and Graduate programmes across the 2 locations.What Youll Do:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for early talent roles across the EMEA region (predominantly UK & France)Recruit for internships and graduate rolesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategiesSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, university partnerships, student organisationsScreen CVs and conduct initial screening calls/interviews to assess candidate suitabilityOrganise career events (campus fairs, employer presentations)Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communicationEnsure compliance with internal recruitment policies and employment legislationMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Provide timely updates and reporting on recruitment metricsWhat you'll need:2-4 years of experience in roles such as recruiting coordinator, recruiting assistant etc, ideally within the Early Careers spaceIt is critical you are a French speaker- you will not be able to be considered otherwiseExperience with using an ATSExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Excel, including data gathering, consistent metric tracking, and report preparationThey are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, so you must be on short notice (within 2 weeks) or available immediately,This role is inside IR35 and you will be employed by Signet, and on our payroll.
