This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a high-hazard, highly-regulated environment such as nuclear or similar sectors.Youll be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, coordinating sub-contractors, and ensuring all work is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside package and logistics managers, youll play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal project proceduresSupport the development and monitoring of key milestones and activity plansReport on progress for daily logs and monthly project reportsOversee cost control and ensure work proceeds to programme and quality requirementsIdentify and proactively manage risks associated with the work packageCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, sub-contractors, and facility teamsManage document distribution and tracking via CDMSEnsure current construction documentation is available to all relevant partiesRequirementsHND (or equivalent) in engineering, construction management, or a related disciplineMembership of a recognised construction-related professional bodyTraining in Risk Assessment and Health & Safety Management of SubcontractorsA1 Assessor certification (desirable)Proven experience working in nuclear licensed sites or similarly regulated high-hazard environmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teamsWorking PatternYou will work a 9-day fortnight with alternating schedules:Week 1: MonThurs (8.25 hrs/day), Fri (8 hrs)Week 2: MonThurs (8.25 hrs/day), Fri off
