As a Legal Counsel, youll play a key role in supporting cutting-edge commercial and partnership agreements across our global IoT business. Youll be joining a collaborative legal team committed to building a trusted, agile and innovative Vodafone. What youll doLead the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, including IoT partnerships and Internet in the Car agreements.Provide legal support to high-impact global IoT projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams.Collaborate with Vodafone Group Legal to ensure alignment on regulatory and compliance frameworks.Build strong relationships across Vodafones legal and business functions to support strategic growth.Develop specialist knowledge in the rapidly evolving IoT and tech legal landscape.Who you areA qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or European jurisdiction) with 36+ years of post-qualification experience.Confident in managing multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.Experienced in drafting and negotiating high-value, complex agreements.A pragmatic problem-solver with excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence.Eager to grow your expertise in IoT and emerging technologies.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you dont meet all the desired criteria exactly?
