Salaried GPBefore applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.Barnstaple, DevonA Good CQC Rated GP Training Surgery in Barnstaple are looking to hire a Salaried GP to offer 6 sessions on a permanent basis, this may be split across 2 sites.The sessions will be designed around the successful candidate and therefore you will set your Clinic times. The surgery are seeking to recruit a talented and committed General Practitioner who will be able to provide excellent holistic clinical care that meets the needs of patients registered at the surgery. As a senior clinician, it is expected that the post holder will work with the lead GP to develop a leadership role within the practice.Day to day duties include:Working autonomouslyUndertake clinical practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver holistic care to people accessing primary care servicesEngage in all usual administration activity associated with day to day general practiceMake onward referrals where appropriateUndertake home visits as appropriateUndertake telephone triage, video and telephone consultations as neededWhat's on Offer?£11,875 p/session (DoE)6 Weeks Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysNHS PensionGood CQCTraining PracticeFlexible HoursPermanent PositionOpen Door PolicySupportive NetworkThe surgery utilises System One and holds a a list size of around 12,000 patients. The centres have multidisciplinary teams comprising GPs, ANP, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
