Job summary We are looking for a confident and experienced leader to oversee the reception team and daily operations of our Bolton clinic. This key role ensures the smooth running of bothABL Health and Laserase , managing the building facilities, reception services, and administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee reception services, clinic coordination, and building management. The role includes providing cover for evenings and weekends as required, including during periods of receptionist absence due to annual leave or sickness. Main duties of the job As the Clinic & Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bolton office, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff. You will manage a small team of reception and clinic staff, handling rota planning, performance oversight, and ensuring cover for holidays and sickness. Responsibilities include reception and customer service, responding to all communication channels (phone, email, social media, and in-person), managing appointment bookings, and supporting seamless service delivery. You will also oversee stock control, facilities management, and financial administration, including petty cash, clinic payments, and reconciliation tasks in line with company policies. A key part of the role involves ensuring compliance with policies, health and safety, and regulatory requirements, including CQC support. You will lead the clinics marketing and promotional activities, managing the website and all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content and campaigns to increase brand visibility and client engagement. Strategic development is also key youll identify opportunities for service improvement, proactively resolve issues, and drive a high-quality client experience.
