This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.They are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.The Court in Norwich, is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This service provides 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people.Their homes in England deliver residential support and nursing care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. They are committed to creating caring communities that promote inclusion and wellbeing for the people we support.
