We are looking for two enthusiastic, flexible and hard-working individuals to join the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Outpatient Department at St Michael's Hospital, Bristol as Outpatient/Day Case Booking Co-ordinators. 1 x post at 37.5 hours a week (full-time) working Monday to Friday 1 x post at 30 hours per week working Monday to Friday Working as part of a small team in a busy environment, you will draw on your experience and skills to effectively communicate with patients, clinicians and peers to support the effective management of a range of administrative tasks. Previous experience of being an initial point of contact for patients. Ability to use initiative and manage your own workload. The ability to communicate both via telephone and in writing. Appetite to learn and develop. IT literate. Previous experience using Careflow or other patient administration system is desirable but not essential.
