This is a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading essential HR processes, such as managing absences, disciplinary actions, grievances, and change requests Providing advice on topics like flexible working, maternity/paternity leave, promotions, resignations, and retirements Supporting change management initiatives, including restructures and redundancy processes Promoting employee relations and coaching leaders on HR best practices Recording and managing casework in accordance with company policies and compliance standards Collaborating closely with the wider Team and assisting the Head of Colleague CentreSkills & AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, methodical, and able to meet tight deadlines Strong Microsoft Office skills; HR systems knowledge is an advantage Self-motivated and collaborative, with a solutions-focused mindset Committed to confidentiality, diversity, and ethical practiceReady to Get Started?This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a valued HR advisory role in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
