Your new company As a Senior Estimator, youll be joining a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London and the surrounding areas. The company delivers a diverse range of schemes, including both new build and refurbishment projects in the residential and commercial sectors, typically valued between 100k and 5m. Your new role Youll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions, working closely with the project and commercial teams. This is a strategic role within the business, and youll be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems. Youll join an experienced team with a path to future promotion, including the opportunity to lead and manage the estimating function as the business continues to grow. Youll report directly to the Director and play a key role in the pre-construction team. What youll need to succeed To be successful in this role, youll need proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor environment. Youll have a strong understanding of construction methods, pricing, and tendering processes, and be confident working on a variety of project types and values. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
