Senior Program & Community Manager - TechPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.6mth Temp ContractStart date: ASAPRate: 300 - 350 per day (Inside IR35)Hours: 9- 5pm (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)Our global tech client is seeking a dynamic Senior Program and Community Manager to join their Developer Relations team in EMEA. This hybrid role combines program management excellence with community engagement expertise to drive developer success and adoption of their services. You will be responsible for planning and executing strategic programs while fostering vibrant developer communities in [sub regions in EMEA like Europe Central], working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.Key Responsibilities:Program Management (50%) - Drive strategy and execution for developer-focused programs, including first-party and third-party community eventsManage complex, cross-functional initiatives to scale impactCreate and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track success and demonstrate business valueOptimise processes and introduce automation to improve team efficiency and content production workflowsPartner with internal stakeholders to align developer programs with broader business objectivesManage program budgets and vendor relationships effectivelyCommunity Management (50%):Own and scale User Groups program including growth strategy and health metricsBuild and nurture relationships with community leaders and members through regular engagementSupport the planning and execution of Community Days and other community-led eventsTrack community health metrics and adjust strategy based on changing community needsCreate feedback loops between the community and internal teamsEnable community leaders to grow their memberships and deliver impactful eventsTo be considered:5+ years of experience in program or project management3+ years of experience in a customer facing roleProven track record of managing complex programs and stakeholder relationshipsGood data analysis skills and experience using metrics to drive improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience working with technical communities and understanding developer needs - Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in community management or developer relationsPMP certification or equivalent project management credentialsExperience working with remote, international teamsProficiency in [a main language in a sub region in EMEA: German, French, Spanish...] Experience with digital marketing tools (Qualtrics, Marketo, Salesforce)Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, JIRA, etc.)
