This exciting role will see you design customer journeys where over a million people use the product/software. Youll also have a fantastic amount of autonomy to work with the research team and look under the hood to understand how to solve these problems. As we scale our digital products, were looking for a UX/CRO Designer to join our passionate design team. Youll focus on optimising our customer journeys and conversion funnels through research-driven, iterative designworking on real products that impact real users. What Youll Be Doing 80% Design & Research: Lead user research and CRO design across web and mobile products to improve conversion, reduce bounce, and enhance experience. 10% Tooling & Process: Shape the way we worksuggest tools and refine workflows. 10% Growth: Stay sharp and inspired by keeping up with industry trends and developing your skills.
