This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global manufacturing business as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting their EMEA operations.This role is not your typical month-end reporting positionyoull be a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders, driving analysis and insight that directly shapes business performance across international markets.What Youll Be Doing:Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Short-Term Forecasting (STF) processes for unit sales and margins across EMEADeliver deep-dive analysis and clear insights to commercial teams and senior leadershipAct as a business partner to regional sales leaders, providing data-led challenge and recommendationsOwn and manage sales and margin reporting systems (SAP, Cognos/TM1)Support high-level presentations for executive stakeholders, including VP-level finance and sales leadersMaintain and develop planning/reporting tools for improved visibility and accuracyWhat Were Looking For:Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)5+ years' experience in financial or management accounting, with a strong focus on FP&A, commercial finance, or business partneringAdvanced Excel skills; exposure to SAP and TM1/Cognos Planning highly beneficialStrong communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholdersExperience in a large, complex, or matrixed environment preferredWhats on Offer:55,000 67,000 base salary (depending on experience)Private healthcare6% employer pension contributionHybrid working with flexibility (23 days in the office)Exposure to a large international business with long-term development opportunitiesIf you have the skillset required, or would like further information, please apply below.
