I'm working an interim Financial Reporting Manager to come in and support a financial services company as they recruit for a permanent appointment.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the team through monthly and quarterly reporting cyclesEnsuring all financial controls are adhered to - speaking to auditors where requiredTreasury/FX, VAT and corporation tax returnsSupporting the financial controller on process improvement and automation projects - they are in the process of implementing new systemDeliver reports and metrics to leadershipQualificationsQualified Accountant with experience in financial reporting roles in financial servicesExperience working in a multi-currency environmentUnderstanding of IFRS and local GAAPAbility to roll up sleeves and deliver to reporting deadlinesThis is a 3-4 month contract paying 550-650/day - please note this is 5 days a week in the office.
