Location: Cheshire (Hybrid working available for the right person) 40,000 OTE + uncapped commissionAre you an experienced Commercial Finance Broker ready to take the next step?Were working with a thriving and ambitious brokerage in Cheshire thats expanding and theyre looking for someone with proven experience in commercial finance to hit the ground running.This isnt an entry-level role. Youll need to have worked in commercial lending, property finance, or asset finance and be confident managing deals from enquiry through to completion. What Youll Be Doing: Handling inbound and outbound enquiries Matching clients with tailored funding solutions (bridging, development, asset finance, etc.) Managing the full deal cycle, from enquiry to completion Building trusted relationships with both clients and lenders Maintaining accurate and compliant records in the CRM What Were Looking For: Previous experience in commercial finance broking or a similar funding role is essential Strong understanding of funding products (bridging, asset finance, development, etc.) A confident communicator who builds trust quickly Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Whats In It For You: Competitive base salary Uncapped commission with strong earning potential Hybrid working for the right candidate Supportive team with growth opportunities
