Working closely with the HR Director for the Corporate Centre, you'll help shape the future of our organisation-building capability, driving cultural change, and supporting senior leaders to deliver both short-term performance and long-term strategic success.If you're passionate about turning people strategy into measurable results and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous role, this could be the opportunity for you.About the roleThe role holder will be expected to act autonomously and make decisions to deliver business success with limited direct involvement from the HR Director Corporate Functions.You will:Drive Strategic People Change agenda across the Corporate Functions for next 12 months, working alongside the HRD for Corporate Centre.Support senior leaders in building the capability of the organisation to achieve and deliver short term business performance targets and the longer-term strategy.Create sustainable value through People Change programmes focussed on transformational and cultural change.Lead on People focused Change focused on cultural and transformational change that are aligned to business goals and are adaptable for changing needs.Deliver change activities such as organizational design and restructures (from design to delivery/ implementation), TUPE transfers and Merger & Acquisition activity and engage relevant CoE's/ HRS teams to deliver the change.Manage key senior stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor and provide informed HR consulting to stakeholders, holding the tension when needed to ensure appropriate people solutions are deployed.Utilise relevant data and insights to facilitate conversations with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.About YouCIPD Level 7 qualifiedExperienced in organisational design and implementationAble to evidence ownership & accountability for driving transformationChange management, able to act as a change agent to deliver people change and transformation programmes and support stakeholders in managing changeTrusted advisor, able to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders to effectively challenge and build consensusDelivering Results - ensuring delivery of the most important priorities, measuring progress, and ensuring accountability against key metricsCollaborative approach and ability to think critically, logically, and analyticallyResilient and tenaciousAdaptability and flexibility of approach; comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance multiple priorities effectivelyDeep understanding of the business and commercial challenges and future business strategy and how these impact on the customerIndependent minded; able to champion the organisation view with stakeholdersWell-developed negotiation and influencing skillsExtra BenefitsFamily friendly support - enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leaveDiscounts and offers - there are more than 800 offers to help you save on things like groceries, days out, holidays and your household bills*.Supportive and generous company sick payYour Wellbeing -you and your family have 24/7 access to services and tools to help you get the most out of life.
