Finance Manager Mergers & Acquisitions For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Location: KentSalary: 70,000 90,000 per annum, depending on experienceOverview:We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Corporate Finance Manager to lead key corporate finance and M&A initiatives, with a primary focus on investment strategy, acquisitions, and business integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating strategic opportunities, shaping financial outcomes, and supporting decision-making at the highest level.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial evaluation and due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions.Design and manage detailed financial models to assess performance, forecast returns, and evaluate business cases.Provide valuation analysis using multiple methodologies including DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions.Support the assessment of market trends and potential investment opportunities through rigorous research.Coordinate transaction processes, working closely with internal departments and external advisers.Collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure efficient and compliant deal structuring.Prepare internal reports and investment materials for senior executives and board-level presentations.Monitor the performance of acquired entities or projects, including ROI and synergy tracking.Act as a key point of contact for financial institutions, stakeholders, and external funders.Key Skills & Experience:Demonstrable experience in a finance or corporate development role with exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or strategic investments.Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and valuation.Strong command of financial statements and accounting fundamentals.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Confident communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.Highly analytical with strong commercial instincts.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high attention to detail.A fantastic opportunity with an established business with a strong cash runway for growth.
