Our client, based near Maidenhead, is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their small and friendly team. You will be a primary contact for both internal and external customers and responsible for upholding their excellent reputation within their field. Key responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, respecting the company mission. Managing sales orders and processing Salesforce tickets within expected timeframes. Taking ownership of issues/enquiries on Salesforce support tickets, setting realistic expectations, offering solutions promptly, and liaising with customers. Acquiring and recalling product knowledge to handle product queries efficiently, in collaboration with sales reps and clinical specialists. Using Salesforce to track and communicate issues/enquiries, sending emails, and liaising with clients. Participating in tender activities as required, and proficiently using Excel to manage pricing and product data. Involvement in year-end financial processes and audits, satisfying audit requests. Regularly reviewing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure alignment with QA processes. Preparing quotes in Oracle. Participating in regular team meetings to align and share experiences and issues. Attributes: Demonstrate a flexible, timely approach to varied tasks. Maintain high personal standards of work at all times. Pay attention to detail and process accurate information. Proactively review existing processes to suggest improvements. Help colleagues during peak activity periods, holidays, etc. Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, QA, Distribution, and Finance. Work effectively under pressure to process same-day requests. This is an urgent position to fill and will start as soon as possible. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
