We are currently recruiting a skilled and proactiveMobile Air Conditioning Engineerto work with the maintenance team on a retail contract across the Leicester area. This is a mobile role focused on delivering high-quality HVAC services across client sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled PPMs and respond to reactive maintenance requests Fault-finding and breakdown repair of air conditioning systems Rectify temperature control issues via BMS adjustments Perform mechanical maintenance (e.g. motors, belts, valves) Carry out minor installation works where required Use CAFM system via iPad for job management and compliance reporting Engage with clients and site stakeholders in a professional manner Essential Skills & Qualifications: RecognisedNVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning F-GAS 2079 CAT1certification Proven experience with building maintenance and HVAC systems Comfortable working at height, on roofs, and with access equipment (MEWPs) Confident using digital systems for task and compliance management Salary up to£47,000 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays) Life assurance Additional training and development opportunities What to do next: If you are interested, please clickApplynow to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
