Base pay rangeFIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – UK (LONDON AREA) Fuel the growth of a next-gen vape disruptor from the streets up. We’re hiring driven and dynamicField Sales Executivesto represent our brand on the ground, opening new accounts and bringing ZLAB products to life across the capital. WHAT YOU’LL DO •Own your patch : visit vape shops, convenience stores and specialty retailers across your assigned zone. •Pitch like a pro : deliver a killer brand story and convert store owners into loyal ZLAB partners. •Place and activate : secure shelf and counter space, set up high-impact displays and ensure perfect POS execution. •Track and report : log store visits, deals, and sell-through performance using our field app. •Represent the brand : be the face of ZLAB—professional, knowledgeable, and ready to build trust. WHAT YOU BRING • 1–2 years’ experience in field sales, promotions or brand ambassador roles (FMCG, vape/tobacco or drinks preferred). • Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills—you’re not afraid to walk in cold and walk out with a win. • Highly organised and self-motivated: you plan your day and own your performance. • Energetic, ambitious and ready to grow—this is a launchpad, not just a job. • Comfortable using mobile apps to log data and track results. • 18+ and eligible to sell age-restricted products. • UK driving licence is a plus, but not required if you’re confident navigating London by Tube or bike with sample bags.
