Its customers include some of the best known pharmaceutical brands in the world.Warehouse Operative NightsBased at Polar Speed Distribution Ltd, Unit 2 Belgrave Court, Caxton Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9ZB40 hours a week Monday to Friday working 0130-1000Salary: £25,912.61 per annumKey ResponsibilitiesCheck pharmaceutical products.Load and unload vehicles.Receive in-bound consignments and allocate in warehouse.Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored within the correct temperature range.Goods in, picking, labelling, packing and despatch.Processing returns including quarantined, damaged or batch recalls.Follow standard operating procedures in the pick and pack operation.Key Skills/Experience/RequirementsPrevious experience of working within a warehouse environment essential.Forklift experience desirable but not essential as full in house training will be given.Previous experience of working in a chilled/temperature controlled environment would be an advantage.Good team player.Computer Literate, With Good Reading And Numeracy Skills.Good organisation skills with the ability to priortise.An eye for detail.Employee TypePermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
