Base pay rangeAn established manufacturing company based in Birmingham requires a CNC turner skilled machinist.Duties:Programming, operating and setting CNC turning machines with Mazatrol, Siemens and G code control systems. Working from engineering drawings. Using measurement/inspection equipment including verniers, bore gauges, micrometres etc.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years CNC programming experience. Competent on all aspects of setting tools, including understanding cutting speeds and feeds, boring, drilling, threading. Understanding and the ability to work from engineering drawings.
