Key Skills & Responsibilities for the Director of Architecture: Proven leadership experience as a Director or Head of Architecture within a complex environment with a global offering Strong understanding of hospitality, entertainment, or retail technology is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in leading architecture functions supporting large scale transformation programmes Strong technical background in Software Engineering/Architecture Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, with the ability to engage at executive and operational levels.Experience working on a global offering and fostering strong working relationships with external vendors and third party suppliers.Broad technical expertise across cloud platforms, system integration, security frameworks, and enterprise applications.Strong commercial and strategic mindset.This is an opportunity for a Director of Architecture to be a key driver of Merlins next era of innovation, playing a critical role in shaping our global technology solutions!
