Product ManagerQualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.- Insurance Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Change Recruitment are supporting our long term Insurance client in the search for a Product Manager for one of its General Insurance lines.This role is key to delivering their long-term Motor Insurance strategy and driving improvement and innovation across their product proposition.What Youll Be Doing: Lead Product Development: Driving the implementation of initiatives such as differentiated products, electric vehicles, multi-car and connected car propositions Ensure Compliance: Overseeing Motor Insurance compliance with Consumer Duty requirements and report on key customer metrics Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Working closely with teams to align with business objectives and customer needs while maintaining regulatory compliance Analyse and Improve: Conducting deep dives into issues, identifying new opportunities, and managing day-to-day contact with critical suppliers and SMEs Innovate and Adapt: Defining, delivering and adapting insurance products to meet customer and business needs, leveraging market research and horizon scanning What Were Looking For: Commercial Acumen: Strong knowledge of the General Insurance Market, preferably Motor Insurance.Experience: Trade and performance management, annual planning process, and data-driven decision making.Risk Management: Understanding of risk and controls management within a regulated industry.Customer-Centric Solutions: Ability to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.For further information, please contact Scott Maxwell on 07974065745 or apply online
