This is a pivotal role suited to a qualified audit professional with Responsible Individual (RI) status, looking to play a key role in shaping the future of a dynamic and growing firm.Youll be part of a collaborative leadership group and take ownership of complex audits, team development, client relationships, and regulatory compliance.With a strong client base spanning sectors such as property, retail, professional services, and owner-managed businesses, this firm offers a stimulating environment and clear route to further progression.Role ResponsibilitiesAct as RI on a portfolio of audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsLead and manage a team of audit professionals, providing technical guidance and mentorshipOversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex auditsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships at board and senior management levelWork closely with fellow directors and partners to drive strategic growthPlay a key role in technical quality control, risk management, and regulatory updatesSupport business development initiatives and represent the firm in new client proposalsAbout the FirmThis respected independent firm has built a strong reputation in the London market by combining high technical standards with a personal, partner-led approach.
