As Customer Service Supervisor you will manage the day-to-day customer service operations, facilitating customer deliveries and collections. As the role is based at the vibrant Avonmouth docks, you will reside close by or have your own transport.Main ResponsibilitiesThe role is split into three key areas; Customer service: Receive and facilitate customer orders and administration of sales. Planning: Support haulage planning, integrate customer collections and manage purchases from third party bitumen facilities. Invoicing: Raise customer invoices and resolve any invoice queries. You will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to smooth logistics operations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Join our team and play a vital role in providing excellent customer support and efficient haulage planning.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer focussed administrative role and be conversant with Word and Excel.
