Additionally, the Head of Surgical Services supports the Endoscopy Lead to achieve JAG and develop and grow the service. A key aspect of this role is to develop a positive proactive cultural environment that fosters a safety first patient centred service that meets CQC and AfPP standards and supports workforce development. Career progression opportunities and personal development courses.The Ideal Surgical Services Manager Will HaveA degree-level education with RN (General) Level 1 or Qualified Operating Department Practitioner status. Relevant post-basic qualifications and experience, such as in cardiac or orthopaedics. Proven project management involvement and quality improvement experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership and management abilities, with a flexible and adaptable approach. Awareness of nursing and national developments.Apply Today!
