We’re seeking a confident and experienced NHS Independent Complaints Service (ICAS) Advocate to join our dynamic team. The Role You’ll provide independent support to people across Cheshire who want to make complaints about their NHS care. This includes helping clients understand their rights, guiding them through the complaints process, and ensuring their voices are heard. You’ll meet clients in various settings and communicate with NHS organisations on their behalf. What We Need National Advocacy Qualification Level 3 (or willingness to work towards it) Knowledge of NHS complaints procedures Experience supporting people in stressful situations Strong communication skills and access to a car Key Details Location: Cheshire/office/home | Benefits: 26 days annual leave Closing Date: Friday, 4th July 2025 | Interviews: Wednesday, 6th August 2025.
