Our client are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to this success.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, ideally with3+ years PQE , and possess varied, demonstrable experience inPrivate Family Law . You'll manage your own caseload of private clients, with a small proportion of legal aid cases, shared equitably across the team. You'll deliver proactive, practical legal advice while ensuring a timely and client-focused service. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse family law caseloadConduct advocacy where appropriateDeliver client-centric, strategic legal adviceBuild lasting relationships with clients from varied backgroundsContribute to the continued growth and success of the Family DepartmentPerson Specification:At least 3 years PQE (applications from those with equivalent experience also welcome)Strong commitment to excellent client careEffective communication with clients and colleagues at all levelsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailCapable of working under pressure and managing changing prioritiesCollaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work independentlyConfidence in managing expectations and maintaining professional relationshipsHours & Location:This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, based at either our clientsPortsmouthorWaterloovilleoffice.Part-time applicationswill also be considered.Benefits Include:A competative salary and generous benefits package are on offer.
