Known for its strong international platform and depth in alternative investment structures, the team works with leading asset managers and institutional clients across fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operations. This is a strong opportunity for a senior funds lawyer to step into a key role with clear scope for progression.The RoleYou will advise on the full lifecycle of investment funds, including structuring, formation, and regulatory matters. The practice covers both onshore and offshore funds, and includes a balance of private and listed fund work across open and closed-ended structures. Youll have the opportunity to lead on transactions, manage client relationships, and collaborate with tax and regulatory teams on cross-border matters.
