Accounts Assistant Crawley TEMPApplying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.- Rolling contract Office-based Up to 32,000 (depending on experience) We are actively seeking a candidate to join a great business on a temp basis, who has the ability to pick things quickly and eager to get stuck in with the requirements of the role.Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales invoices Reconciling bank statements and accounts Preparing payment runs and managing supplier payments Assisting with month-end reporting and journal entries Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers Supporting credit control and cash flow monitoring Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries Requirements: Previous experience in a similar accounts/finance role Good understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with accounting software (e.g.Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
