They are currently on a fantastic trajectory of growth and are looking for an ambitious technical Project Manager to join the team. As a Project Manager you will be working on a range of complex projects whilst working with cross functional teams to plan and co-ordinate work to be deliver the business requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of business-critical projects from initiation to delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.Drive project governance, reporting, and benefits realisation.Act as a Product Owner where required, ensuring user needs are met.Manage budgets, resources, risks, and timelines effectively.Support change management and ensure successful project adoption.What Were Looking ForMinimum 2 years experience in a project management role.Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).Agile methodology experience and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.This is a hybrid position based in Leicester, offering the flexibility of three days in a modern office environment and two days working from home.It's a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to progress their career.
