We create better places where people and planet prosper.We are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team based in our Southern region.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Compilation of Commercial budgets,Procurement of subcontractor packages,Evaluation and payment of subcontractor applications,Effective cost management,Reporting on the projects commercial performance each month and identifying risks and opportunities.Negotiating and agreeing subcontract final accountsDay to day running of sitesExperience of working for a residential developer is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be driven to meet targets and deadlines. IT proficiency is also extremely important.
