Package and Benefits: The Clinical Deputy Manager will receive: - An hourly rate of 27.80 - Annual performance-related pay increases - 28 days holiday, including bank holidays - A 3% pension contribution - Access to Bonusly Points for recognition and rewards - Fully funded training and a financial bonus of up to 500 for relevant qualifications - Low-cost meals during shifts and short notice shift incentives - Free DBS check and provided uniforms As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will: - Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care - Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities - Administer medication and maintain accurate care plans - Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence - Manage the care team and ensure care plans are regularly updated and evaluated - Ensure the home is a safe and desirable place for residents and staff The ideal candidate for the Clinical Deputy Manager position will have : - A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD - At least three years of experience in a residential or nursing home setting, with one year involving dementia care - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication and people skills - Flexibility with working hours and a caring, positive attitude - A driving licence If you have experience as a Deputy Home Manager, Nursing Manager, Care Home Manager, Senior Nurse, or Registered Nurse, you might find this role appealing.
