This role involves leading and motivating a crew of up to 10 employees within the New Machines workshop. The individual will promote high safety standards, foster a positive attitude, assist in training team members, and work alongside all team members while managing high-volume work.About the Department The New Machines Department at WesTrac specializes in providing cutting-edge machinery solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the mining industry.
