We seek aVan Collections Co-ordinatorto ensure the smooth operation of the Supplier Collections scheme daily. You will assist in generating revenue by arranging bulk collection deliveries from existing customers and third-party clients. Come and join the Van Collections team! Interested? We are looking for someone who can…Respond to external suppliers with stock collection confirmation details and attach relevant pallet/carton labels. Ensure delivery appointments are scheduled with clients, either by the supplier or ourselves. Input all direct dispatch collection requests via telephone or email, and respond to all emails with confirmation of collection. Process documentation for the relevant hub, advising on collections and deliveries expected each night, and provide loading plans and appointment numbers for clients. Process documentation for trunking before close of business, confirming all planned trunking collections/deliveries for the next day, and update scheduled deliveries for the following week. Resolve problems with stock collected or delivered, recording all non-conformance on the Atlas system for SLA and KPI reporting. To be successful in this role, you will require the following…A good educational background, with excellent organisational skills. The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
